Intuitive Energy Healer, Wendy De Rosa will be offering a free evening of healing through guided meditation. It’s a wonderful time to pause within the hustle of the holiday season to ground and explore the heart during such a time of giving. Understanding your gift to this world can help define your soul’s purpose. The holidays can be a time of un-grounding and giving into expectations of gift exchanging, and we can loose sight of our soul’s true offering in the world. Our soul’s calling is felt in the heart. When we deny listening to our heart, chaos can happen around us. The holiday time of year can have that chaotic feeling to some of us. The focus of the meditation is to ground the body’s up-heaved energy, bring you back to center, and give you the opportunity to tune into your heart to discover what messages you are needing to hear within yourself about your gift to this world. You may discover that you’ve been hearing the wrong voice, or that you need to listen to the messages in the heart rather than the head. It will be a magical experience of grounding and inner connectedness. This night is a gift to the community. Enjoy and bring your friends.
