Session Descriptions
Wendy offers two session types, Individual Sessions and Session Waves. All sessions begin with an opening meditation. Wendy then looks at the energetic body and accesses Divine Source to receive the most clear and accurate guidance available for your current situation. Once blocks have been identified, we clear them through energetic release and deep breath work. You will gain clarity and feel centered after one session.
Individual Session Overview
(3 Session Packages Available)
Wendy uses clairvoyance and intuition to identify root causes to current
issues. Discomfort and confusion in the body, and in life, stem from blockages
and/or a disconnection from Source. Blocks in the energetic body can consist
of emotional congestion, trauma or programming and can directly affect
how we live and interact in the world.
Session Waves Overview
(4 & 6 Session Packages Available)
As life progresses we develop patterns and programming that become etched
into our ways of existing. These may have taken our whole lives to develop.
If they are good habitual patterns, then we’re blessed, but if they are
blocking our heart or creating confusion and off-centering, then it will
take time and dedication to unravel the patterns and heal. The Session
Waves option allows you and Wendy to decide how many sessions it could
take to heal a particular issue and to explore any additional issues weaved
into it. The time agreed upon may be 4 sessions, 6 sessions or more depending
on how engrained the issue is and at what rate your body will process.
Sessions may be spread over an agreed upon block of time and are priced
at a package rate. Digital Recording of your session wave package is not
included in the session wave package price.
Group Healings
Group Healings will be limited to a small number of people. They are conducted over the phone one day a week. If you are participating in a Group Healing, you are asked to email Wendy your request or intention for your healing in advance of the call. Wendy will tap into the collective root issue of everyone on the call. Wendy will open the session as usual and tap into guidance and the collective of everyone on the call and guide you through the clearing that it appropriate for the root issue. Wendy will name the collective intention or intentions for the session based on the participants needs. There will be no dialogue to honor confidentiality. The powerful thing about a group call like this is that you become your own healer. You receive what you need based on your intention to heal. It strengthens your trust and your ability to heal yourself. Additionally, being held by the group with the same intention to heal is supportive, validating and powerful.
The cost of the group healing is $40 per person which is less than 1/2 the full session rate. It is equally as effective as it will allow you to open up your upper chakra energy to trust and faith.
What to expect with a phone session
Some people ask if receiving a session over the phone is as effective as receiving a session in person. The answer is “yes”, it is equally as effective. With energy, we are working on the ether, which is a timeless, space-less dimension. I can just as easily see your energetic body over the phone as in person and the clearing over the phone is equally as effective.
A healing over the phone follows the same format as an in-person session, so be sure to read the description below. When we are doing a phone session, I ask that you have a comfortable room to be in where you are free of interruptions. Again you are welcome to have writing materials handy, and be sure you are hydrated.
What to expect with your first Session
Be sure you are hydrated and comfortably fed prior to the session. You may want to have paper handy and something to write with if you’d like to take notes. If you are having an in-person session, we will sit in two sofa chairs opposite each other and when you are settled in, we talk about what you would like to look at in the session. Then, together we set an intention for your healing in the highest good. If a massage table is available, I may have you lay on the table for clearing with Reiki. If it is a phone session please make sure you are in a quite uninterrupted place to receive optimum results for your healing.
We begin the session with an opening meditation. I will look at your energetic body and access Divine guidance to receive the most clear and accurate information available based on your current situation. Once energetic blocks have been identified, we clear the blocks through energetic release and deep breath work. We may access deep layers of congested emotions or traumas that haven’t been processed all the way through. We may even access stored information from a past life. I trust that the information that comes through in the session is perfect. Once we clear everything that is available to clear in one session, you will have time to ask any questions.
We then conclude the session with a closing prayer and intention for your healing process. Know that our cells contain a wealth of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual information, and there is only so much we can work with in one session. It may take multiple sessions for patterns to really change, but you will feel a difference after one session.
Following the session, be sure to drink lots of water and be gentle with yourself for several days. It takes about 3 days for the healing to fully integrate. You will receive information on the release process after the session and ways to take care of yourself. Most people report feelings of clarity, encouragement, relief, amazement, less heavy - just to name a few. It is truly a transformative experience.
