Schedule a Session

Thank you for your interest in scheduling an intuitive healing session. Please note, that Wendy’s session schedule is completely booked for the rest of 2009. However, you can request to be on the cancellation list, and session times will most likely open up. If you are interested in being on the cancellation list, please email healing@heldinlight.com.

Current Clients

If you are a CURRENT client or have had a session with Wendy before, and would like to schedule a session in 2010, please read through the instructions at this link: Self-Booking Instructions. You will set up an account and follow the easy steps to book your appointments.

New Clients

If you are interested in a session, please email healing@heldinlight.com or call 512-373-8684. Wendy will have an initial conversation with you prior to your fist session. After that, we will schedule a session time.

You will need fill out an Intake Form, which you can dowload by clicking here. Please complete this and return via email or bring it with you to your session if you have an in-person session. Payment is made in advance of the session and due a minimum of 48 hours prior to your session.

Sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday only. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy and any sessions canceled within  that period are charged for the full session amount.

Please Keep in Mind When Booking Sessions:

• All times shown on the scheduling page are in Central Time Zone
• Payment for sessions are due prior to your session time
• Session Wave payments are due prior to the first session of the wave
• There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.  Full payment for a session is charged if there is a cancellation within 24 hours.

Please note that missing a session time due to confusion in time zones is still considered a missed session. Confirmation emails are written in CENTRAL TIME ZONE.
