Sending Energy Healing for Disaster Relief

Prayers, humanitarian aid and donating funds are much needed in times of disaster relief. But when you want to offer help and non of the above are possible how do you help. I have received the question several times now, about how do I send them healing energetically? I’ve put together what I do when I want to direct prayers and healing energy.

Send Energy Healing On 3 Levels:
A. Individual Level: Sending healing on this level is to support emotional healing and trauma relief for current situation. People are in pain, and that’s the most immediate thing. What you can do spiritually: You can send them comfort, you can send them an angel to help them ease, you can pray for help to come to them, you can send light to their hearts or their physical wounds, you can send light to the rescue teams. You can choose a person who’s image sticks out in your mind from T.V or Newspapers and send that person light. You can offer all possibilities of prayer, but then you have to let go. You won’t be able to make a person well because their soul is involved, too. But by sending light you can help them gain some soul stamina they may have lost sight of in the face of trauma.

B. Macrocosmic Level: Sending healing on this level is to support strengthening of inner light. Become Familiar with the history of the area. This will tell you where their inner loss of power is on a spiritual level. In Haiti there was an earth quake, which is a natural disaster, and plate tectonics are most likely a reasonable explanation, but what compounds the devastation is that Haiti was already one of the poorest countries in the Western Hemisphere. It wasn’t always so and by learning the history, it can help you direct healing to the energetic deficit. Haiti once was a thriving plantation country and did overturn oppression at one point. The people had the power and inspiration to rise up and overturn the French. In 1825, The French held Haiti responsible for damages totaling 21 billion dollars in today’s money. The debt wasn’t paid off until 1947 and as a result left the country in poverty. Because strength to overcome was once in their ancestors it’s in the collective blood-line. On a collective level you can pray for the strength and will power that was instilled in them as a culture to overcome.

C. Help the souls who have passed move onto the light. They may be lost or they died in shock and are confused. Visualize a staircase to the Divine and ask the angels or ancestors who have been waiting for them in the light to come and help this soul pass over.
